Oklahoma State guard Davon Dillard will not be with the team for the remainder of this season, a university source has told The Oklahoman.
Nothing has been determined about Dillard’s future with the team beyond this season. The source said that coach Travis Ford and Dillard are continuing to meet and discuss his status going forward.
Dillard did not suit up for Saturday’s home loss to West Virginia and was not on the bench, the latest in what has been a troubling season for the freshman from Gary, Ind. Dillard had previously been suspended three times, all for minor violations of team rules, based on his conduct at practice.
