OSU has long been impressed with TCU's Max Duggan

STILLWATER -- TCU true freshman Max Duggan has begun to settle in as the team’s starting quarterback, but Saturday won’t be the first time Oklahoma State has seen him.

The Cowboys once hosted the four-star recruit from Council Bluffs, Iowa, at a camp, according to GoPokes.com, when they were looking for a 2019 prospect.

Duggan has played in all seven games, completing 58.6 percent of his passes for 1,147 yards with 11 touchdowns and one interception. He’s also rushed for 233 yards and three scores.

“Good football player, and he’s gonna be around a while,” OSU coach Mike Gundy said.
