In the two weeks following the Texas Tech game, in which Oklahoma State struggled in goal-to-go situations, OSU coaches installed a wildcat formation that consisted of running back Justice Hill behind center, quarterback Mason Rudolph lined up at wide receiver, and three Cowboy backs in the backfield.
