STILLWATER — In the season of opt-outs, Oklahoma State receiver Tylan Wallace is bucking the trend.
Despite missing the last game of the regular season with a minor knee injury, Wallace is expected to play in the Cheez-It Bowl against Miami at 4:30 p.m. next Tuesday.
“I just think that’s a testament to his character,” fellow receiver Dillon Stoner said. “He’s a Cowboy through and through. Not to speak down on anyone who has opted out for the rest of the year, but he wants to go out on a high note. Being a little nicked up, I think he wants to go out, play a good team and have a good last experience as a Cowboy.
