The group would have been in decent shape next season without the circumstances that allowed for Henry and Bundage to return. Henry was granted a sixth year of eligibility as a result of his 2017 torn ACL. Bundage’s back injury led to a redshirt season for the fourth-year senior. With Ogbongbemiga and Rodriguez back in the starting roles, Bundage will be the wild card. When healthy, Bundage is as dynamic a playmaker as the Cowboys have, and he could work into a role that gives him a chance to use those gifts. Freshmen Na’drian Dizadare and Kamryn Farrar got into a couple games each on special teams, including the bowl game, and will likely help in a similar role full-time next year.
