STILLWATER -- Just a couple hours after the offense picked up highly recruited twin wide receivers, the Oklahoma State defense was back to work, gaining a commitment from Aubrey, Texas, defensive back Cam Smith on Wednesday afternoon.
Smith is a 6-foot-2, 170-pound, two-way player who was being recruited by several programs as a receiver, but will play defensive back for the Cowboys.
Smith starred as Braswell High School, which is in Aubrey, but is part of the Denton Independent School District. The school is in the eastern part of Denton County.
Earlier Wednesday, OSU picked up a pair of Texas receivers.
