OSU football notebook: David Glidden continues to produce

The roll call of talented OSU receivers usually starts with Brandon Sheperd and James Washington and Marcell Ateman and Jhajuan Seales, eventually getting to David Glidden.

Maybe it's time to make Glidden more prominent in the conversation.

Through three games, Glidden leads the Cowboys with 12 receptions, 283 yards, three touchdowns and a 23.6 yards-per-catch average. He also owns six of the offense's 11 longest play from scrimmage, including a 67-yard scoring catch against Central Arkansas that stands as the longest this season — all from the slot.
