STILLWATER — Oklahoma State added its first in-state prospect in the 2021 recruiting class with the commitment of Muskogee safety Ty Williams on Sunday afternoon.
Williams, a 6-foot-1, 190-pound senior-to-be, announced his decision on Twitter.
The three-star recruit is the second player to commit to OSU in the 2021 class, along with New Orleans linebacker Kolbe Fields.
Williams had a variety of offers, and was looking seriously at places like Georgia Tech and Missouri, where he visited in early March. He also had offers from over half of the Big 12 Conference, plus the likes of Nebraska, Tennessee, Colorado, Cal and Arkansas.
