STILLWATER — Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy apologized to Cowboys players, past players and others Tuesday afternoon in a minute-long video posted to his Twitter page for wearing a T-shirt of a controversial cable news network.
“I want to apologize to all members of our team, former players and their families for the pain and discomfort that has been caused over the last two days,” Gundy said. “Black lives matter to me. Our players matter to me.”
Gundy wore a T-shirt of One America News Network — a far-right, pro-Donald Trump cable news network rated by Media Bias/Fact Check as being "not a credible news source” — during a fishing trip last week with his two sons.
