Former Oklahoma State backup quarterback Keondre Wudtee, who entered his name into the NCAA transfer portal last week, took to Twitter to offer some details surrounding his decision to leave OSU.
Wudtee, who played in four games over the past two seasons at Oklahoma State and spent most of the 2018 season listed as the fourth-string quarterback, said a serious medical issue involving a family member led to his decision.
"At the beginning of the 2018 season, the matriarch of my family was diagnosed with a medical situation that is of great concern to me," Wudtee wrote on Twitter.
