No position on the Oklahoma State roster is going through a bigger overhaul than the defensive line, which lost most of its two-deep from a year ago.
But there was promise in Saturday’s performance during the spring scrimmage.
“They’re young. They’re immature. They don’t have any experience, so that’ll be a work in progress,” coach Mike Gundy said. “They should continue to get better and hopefully they’ll play better earlier than what we think.”
Defensive ends Brock Martin and Mike Scott look to fit the dynamic role coordinator Jim Knowles expects from that position held by Jordan Brailford last year.
