Two days after the fact, Iowa State coach Matt Campbell still has no sour grapes over the fateful officiating call that gave Oklahoma State's A.J. Green a game-saving interception in the final seconds Saturday. Green and Iowa State's Marchie Murdock both leapt for Zeb Noland's lob pass; Green grabbed it first and Murdock got his hands on it as they fell to the ground. After an on-field conference, officials ruled interception. Replay review confirmed the call and the Cowboys held on for a 49-42 victory.
“Kind of like I said after our game, it's a hard call,” Campbell said on the Big 12 coaches teleconference Monday.
