STILLWATER — Oklahoma State has dismissed offensive line coach Greg Adkins, a source has informed The Oklahoman, with several details remaining to finalize the change in position.
Adkins' dismissal was first reported by The Tulsa World.
Adkins, who completed his second season on staff last fall, led a unit that aided in revamping the Cowboys' rushing attack in 2016 as senior left tackle Victor Salako was named second-team All-Big 12. However, OSU's 2017 signing class included just one offensive line commit, Garden City (Kan.) CC transfer Arlington Hambright, while three former high school commitments flipped to different schools — Adrian Wolford (Texas A&M), Dan Moore Jr.
