STILLWATER — A third Oklahoma State football player revealed a positive test for COVID-19.
Walk-on wide receiver Gabe Simpson announced Sunday night that he had tested positive for the coronavirus, but like teammates Amen Ogbongbemiga and Malcolm Rodriguez was asymptomatic.
“I’ve also been completely asymptomatic and have shown no evidence at all but tested positive,” Simpson tweeted in response to Rodriguez’s tweet earlier Sunday unveiling his own positive test. “Be careful who you around at all times. Be safe everyone.”
Simpson, a Jay product, was awarded the Outstanding Walk-On Award last season.
