STILLWATER — When he jogged out to the middle of Heinz Field in Pittsburgh two Saturdays ago, Teven Jenkins didn't have time to be nervous.
Entering the game in the middle of a series for injured Oklahoma State right tackle Zach Crabtree, Jenkins' mind was on football and football alone.
But last week was a different feeling.
“I knew most likely I would have to be starting,” Jenkins said of last Saturday's game against TCU. “I knew I would have to prepare for that and I kept on getting jitters.”
When Mason Rudolph hit James Washington for an 86-yard touchdown in the first quarter, Jenkins felt the nerves subside.
