Then the video cut off, but it provided plenty of proof. When it comes to working out during the coronavirus pandemic, football players’ creativity knows no bounds.
The video, posted on Twitter, showed Oklahoma State defensive end Brock Martin jumping onto the back of a flatbed truck, hopping down and doing it again.
“Gotta work with what you got,” Martin wrote in the Twitter post.
More players followed with examples of what their at-home workouts look like.
Linebacker Malcolm Rodriguez posted a video from his garage, where he was squatting a weighted bar.
