OSU football: Cowboys hire Princeton's Sean Gleeson as offensive coordinator

Six years after plucking an offensive coordinator from the Division II ranks, Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy went the FCS route this time around.

The Cowboys have hired Sean Gleeson, Princeton's offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach, for the same role, the program announced Sunday afternoon. Gleeson replaces Mike Yurcich, who Gundy hired out of Division II Shippensburg and left the Cowboys after six seasons to become Ohio State's quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator.

"We are excited to have Sean join our staff," Gundy said in a news release. "He comes with expertise in quarterback play. Both his offenses the last two years have dominated the Ivy League and have produced two different quarterbacks who were named Ivy League Offensive Player of the Year.
