STILLWATER — Oklahoma State added to its recruiting class with Arkansas transfer defensive end Collin Clay, who announced his decision on Twitter Monday afternoon.
Clay was a four-star recruit out of Putnam City High School a year ago, with OSU among his final choices. He also had offers from Georgia, Florida, Oregon, Michigan and others.
The 6-foot-5, 285-pound Clay played in 11 of 12 games for Arkansas as a true freshman. He had 17 tackles, playing 324 total snaps.
Unless Clay is granted a waiver, he will have to sit out next season because of NCAA transfer rules.
