Through a new partnership with business-texting provider Zipwhip, Oklahoma State fans will now have the ability to contact the OSU ticket office directly via text message.
Fans can inquire about ticket sales and renewals, and provide feedback directly to OSU’s ticket office with conversational text messages. Additionally, this technology will be used in all of OSU’s athletic facilities as part of in-game fan interactions, contests and updates on weather/game-time changes.
“This partnership between OSU and Zipwhip is the latest in our customer service improvements for the coming academic year,” said Erika Vickers, Oklahoma State’s assistant athletic director for ticket sales and marketing.
