STILLWATER — Texas senior Dylan Osetkowski sat behind a table in Gallagher-Iba Arena, a stat sheet in front of him stating that the Oklahoma State team that just beat he and the Longhorns was now 7-8.
“We came in sluggish,” Osetkowski admitted, “not really respecting Oklahoma State like we should've.”
The Cowboys' 61-58 victory Tuesday was their first of Big 12 play and their first against a team outside of the Southland Conference since Nov. 25. But a large factor behind OSU entering Tuesday's game with a 6-8 record was the schedule coach Mike Boynton built for his young team.
