STILLWATER — Michael Weathers sat in the interview room adjacent to Oklahoma State's Heritage Hall, a wide smile continually flashing as he faced media Sunday for the first time since his two-month suspension ended.
The redshirt sophomore guard had just paced the OSU basketball team to a 70-58 victory over Charleston, scoring 16 points in his second game in two seasons and providing energetic plays at both ends of the floor. It was a position he, at times, questioned he would be in.
On Sept. 9, Weathers stole a woman's wallet at a Stillwater bar and was subsequently suspended from team activities.
