FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The Oklahoma State basketball team played shorthanded during Saturday's game against. That may continue to be the case as the Cowboys return to Big 12 play.
Starting guard Tavarius Shine is out indefinitely with a left wrist injury suffered earlier this month. The injury kept Shine out of OSU's game at Kansas State on Jan. 10, but he returned to play in the past four games, averaging 9.8 points.
“It's not getting better as fast as we thought, so we thought we'd hold him and see if rest is the best thing,” coach Mike Boynton said.
