STILLWATER — Mike Boynton, in his first public address as Oklahoma State's basketball coach Monday, offered a fresh hot take on Mike Holder.
“He's not as bad as they say,” Boynton said.
Of course, Boynton was having some fun, lightening the mood during his official introduction at the O-Club high inside Gallagher-Iba Arena.
All joking aside, the program craves some fun — Holder, too — following a rugged week on the job as athletic director, created when Brad Underwood turned his and OSU's world upside down midafternoon on March 18, offering his resignation amid news he was leaving for Illinois.
