STILLWATER — Jensen Elliott's legs wobbled beneath him as goosebumps raced across his body.

Entering to ovations from Oklahoma State teammates and fans at Baylor Ballpark on Sunday, the redshirt sophomore right-hander tried to calm himself before throwing his first in-game pitch in 14 months and a day. The Cowboys lost to the Bears, but Elliott pitched a perfect eighth inning in his return from Tommy John surgery.

“It felt surreal,” Elliott said Wednesday. “I had chills ever since I started jogging up in the bullpen till I came out of the game. … My legs were literally shaking.
