Edmond Santa Fe’s Cayden Brumbaugh has committed to play baseball at Oklahoma State.
The junior shortstop made the announcement Saturday on Twitter.
Brumbaugh also had offers from Nebraska, Kansas State and Wichita State, among others.
Santa Fe coach Ryan Phillips said one of the reasons Brumbaugh chose the Cowboys is because he formed a close connection with OSU coach Josh Holliday.
“He’s comfortable with OSU,” Phillips said. “He feels like he can play when he gets there.”
