Oklahoma State’s baseball team will get two big tests this fall.
The Cowboys will face defending national champion Vanderbilt and College World Series qualifier Arkansas in exhibition games, the school announced Friday.
OSU opens with Arkansas in a 14-inning exhibition game at noon Saturday, Oct. 12 at Allie P. Reynolds Stadium. Admission is free.
OSU coach Josh Holliday also plans intrasquad scrimmages during OSU’s Homecoming weekend, Oct. 18-20.
But the Cowboys’ big capper is an exhibition game with Vanderbilt at noon on Saturday, Oct. 26, at the Kansas City Royals Urban Youth Academy. Both teams will hold open practices at the complex Oct.
