The Oklahoma State baseball team defeated Oregon State 8-7 Sunday, sweeping the three-game series.
It was the first time No. 2 Oregon State had been swept at home since 2010.
With the score tied at 6 in the eighth inning, Cade Cabbiness hit a single to centerfield, scoring two and giving the Cowboys (28-16) a lead they wouldn't relinquish.
Trevor Boone added three hits and three RBIs on the day. Boone launched a three-run home run in the sixth inning to tie the game, his 16th of the season.
