Thursday, Holliday announced a recruiting class that features eight freshmen, eight junior college transfer and one graduate transfer. In terms of position players, the Cowboys' main questions stem from the middle infield, where shortstop Matt Kroon elected to forgo his final season of eligibility and go pro and second baseman Ryan Cash transferred to Oral Roberts. Outfielder Jon Littell also began a professional career, though OSU likely has a replacement ready in Cade Cabbiness, a member of the Big 12 All-Freshman team in 2017.
