STILLWATER — The NFL Draft can be a life-changing occasion. And not just for the players who get selected.
Jayden Ateman and Bailee Flowers will sit with their fathers this weekend. The dads will be watching the draft intently. Jayden and Bailee, each still under the age of 2, will probably be involved with less intense activities.
Their fathers, former Oklahoma State stars Marcell Ateman and Tre Flowers, have positioned themselves to be among those who hear their names called during the NFL Draft, which runs from Thursday through Saturday at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
“You want to feed your family,” said Ateman, a 6-foot-4, 220-pound receiver who is projected to be a mid-round pick.
