On a rainy day in Stillwater, few questions were answered regarding Oklahoma State football’s quarterback competition during its spring game.
The playbook largely consisted of screens and runs. On the one occasion Zane Flores took a deep shot, he received an earful from the sideline. Little was learned, but there was just enough evidence to make some observations that could be useful regarding OSU’s most important position battle.
"(I saw) the same things you guy saw," OSU coach Mike Gundy said. "(It's) what I've been telling you has been going on for three weeks. They're all out there playing pretty good, and so it gave you guys a chance to see what I've been seeing.
