As the transfer portal keeps churning, Mike Boynton is still after a big man.
Oklahoma State offered New Mexico transfer Bayron Matos on Thursday. Matos was on PFB’s list of 11 guys to watch earlier this month after he self-reported that OSU’s staff had reached out to him since he hit the portal, and now he has an official offer.
Since hitting the portal, Matos has announced offers from Seton Hall, USF, St. John’s, Tulsa, Washington State, Tennessee State and ETSU.
Listed at 6-foot-9, 215 pounds, Matos is originally out of the Dominican Republic before attending Hamilton Heights Christian Academy in Tennessee.
