No. 14 Oklahoma State fell to No. 12 Utah in its Big 12 Conference opener 22-19, as the Cowboys' offense never got going against the Utes.
Quarterback Alan Bowman finished the first half 8-for-22 with 89 yards and an interception, and OSU trailed 10-3.
The offense couldn't get anything going, so OSU turned to redshirt sophomore quarterback Garret Rangel.
But the Cowboys didn't fare any better with Rangel, as he went 3-for-11 for 31 yards on four drives, so they ended up going back to Bowman — who finished 16-for-33 with 206 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions.
