Steve Lutz added his first player to Oklahoma State's roster.
The new coach added Arturo Dean from Florida International University, a 5-foot-11 guard from Miami, Florida, Dean announced on X Wednesday afternoon.
Last season, Dean averaged 13.4 points per game, 5.1 rebounds per game and 4.0 assists per game on 41.8% from the field. From deep, Dean shot 30.3% and from the foul line, he shot 64.4%.
Dean's most impressive stat? His steals, as he averaged 3.4 steals per game, the highest average in the country, totaling 104 on the year.
This came off a freshman season when Dean was named the Conference USA Freshman of the Year in 32 games played.
