Football Recruiting: Oklahoma State lands 3-star Class of 2023 cornerback Dylan Smith
On Monday, Oklahoma State received a verbal commitment from three-star cornerback Dylan Smith, the brother of current OSU corner Cam Smith. The cornerback from Denton, Texas announced his decision on Twitter.
Smith is a 3-star prospect and based on 247Sports composite rating, the highest-rated player in Oklahoma State 2023 class at .8733.
Smith chose the Cowboys over 12 other schools that offered, including Arkansas, Stanford, Illinois, Kansas, Louisville, Nebraska, Houston, and Colorado, among others.
Like many of the players Oklahoma State recruits, Smith is a multi-sport athlete, also competing in basketball and track and field competing in the 100, 200, long jump, and triple jump.
