The Oklahoma State football team will face Iowa State at 2:30 p.m. Oct. 6 at Boone Pickens Stadium, the Big 12 announced Monday. The game will be televised on ESPN2 or ESPNU.
The matchup gives the Cowboys an opportunity to reverse a recent disturbing trend; OSU is 2-4 in its past six conference home games, with the only victories coming against Kansas and Baylor teams that went 1-11.
OSU, coming off a 41-17 home defeat against Texas Tech, will try to rebound at Kansas on Saturday. Iowa State, fresh off its first victory of the season over Akron, travels to TCU this weekend.
