Kevin Peterson re-signed with the Cardinals on a one-year contract Tuesday.
The former Oklahoma State cornerback appeared in a career-high 14 games, including starting in three, this past season before he sustained a season-ending shoulder injury. The 26-year-old had 22 tackles, including six tackles on special teams, and two passes defend.
Peterson signed as an undrafted free agent with the Bears in 2016, but did not make the team. The Wagoner, Oklahoma native then signed with the Rams and had 11 tackles, two interceptions and six passes defended in six games during the 2017 season.
