There has been one major question regarding Oklahoma State’s coaching staff the past week: Who is going to be the next offensive coordinator? That’s still to be announced, but a piece to that puzzle has fit into place.
OSU announced the hire of Tim Rattay as its quarterbacks coach Friday. For the first time in a long time, OSU has a quarterbacks coach that isn’t also the offensive coordinator.
“I’m excited about the opportunity with a very talented young quarterback returning and being around Coach (Mike) Gundy,” Rattay said in a release. “Watching Oklahoma State from afar, I’ve always been impressed with how they play with tempo, how they play offensively and how they compete every game.
