The Cowboys hired the Football Championship Subdivision’s Princeton offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach for the same roles Sunday afternoon. Gleeson will replace former offensive coordinator Mike Yurcich, who left to be Ohio State’s passing coordinator.
“We are excited to have Sean join our staff,” OSU head coach Mike Gundy said in a release. “He comes with expertise in quarterback play. Both his offenses the last two years have dominated the Ivy League and have produced two different quarterbacks who were named Ivy League Offensive Player of the Year.”
Princeton went undefeated in 2018, and led the FCS in scoring offense by averaging 47 points per game and ranked in the top 10 nationally in total offense.
