STILLWATER — The top-rated player in Oklahoma State's 2016 signing class is headed to junior college.
Tramonda Moore — a 6-foot-4, 350-pound, offensive tackle from John Marshall — will play for Independence Community College (Kansas) next season, Independence assistant coach Jesse Ornelas confirmed.
Moore committed to OSU on the eve of National Signing Day, but sources told The Oklahoman he was not expected to play at a Division I program this fall. OSU coach Mike Gundy would later tell reporters Moore "is on track to be here in June.
