With the commitment of three-star LB Donovan Stephens, Oklahoma State jumped up two spots to No. 56 in the 2021 football team rankings, per Rivals.
The 6-foot-1, 205-pound prospect out of Del City, Oklahoma chose OSU over Baylor, Boise State, Eastern Michigan and Hawaii. He commited on Sunday, Aug. 9.
The Cowboys are continuing to make in-state recruiting a priority, with seven of their 14 commits hailing from Oklahoma.
Texas leads the Big 12 rankings at No. 12, followed by Oklahoma at No. 15. The Cowboys currently have the eighth-ranked class in the Big 12 conference.
