STILLWATER — Oklahoma State had just finished about a 74-snap scrimmage Saturday morning when coach Mike Gundy gathered his players for end-of-practice talk inside the Sherman E. Smith Training Center.
With classes set to begin Monday, Gundy spent time discussing an important topic he later relayed to reporters outside the facility: have fun, but more importantly, be smart.
"I touch on it with them almost everyday, but tonight the incoming freshmen are out and there's a good chance that 60 or 70 of them will be in some sort of position they're not usually in," Gundy said.
