STILLWATER — Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy says he can't watch other college football teams play on television without a keen coaching eye. That method was once again proven useful after witnessing the final play of Michigan State at Michigan on Saturday.
Michigan led 23-21 with 10 seconds left at its own 47-yard line. Punter Blake O'Neil mishandled a low snap and batted the ball into the air as a last-ditch effort to boot it downfield. Michigan State defensive back Jalen Watts-Jackson caught it and ran for the game-winning touchdown as time expired.
