Oklahoma State freshman tight end Grayson Boomer torn his ACL earlier this month in fall camp, according to Bill Haisten of Tulsa World.
Boomer, a 6-foot-5, 230-pounder from Collinsville was expected to redshirt this season with established players ahead of him on the depth chart. He was not included on the team’s depth chart last week, with Jelani Woods and Logan Carter listed as starters at Cowboy back.
Boomer was a four-star prospect and ranked No. 2 athlete in Oklahoma behind Booker T. Washington’s Dax Hill, who is at Michigan, in the 2019 class.
