Oklahoma State football: Former Cowboy Joseph Randle receives felony charge for alleged threat against jail deputy

Former Oklahoma State and Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle is facing a felony charge after allegedly threatening a deputy inside a Kansas jail where he awaited trial for two other felony charges, as reported by The Wichita Eagle.

Randle — who rushed for more than 3,000 yards with 40 touchdowns at OSU (2010-12) — is accused of threatening a deputy in a detention pod at Sedgwick County Jail on May 14 and was charged with one count of criminal threat. If found guilty, he reportedly faced five to 17 months in prison.

Randle is also facing felony charges stemming from allegedly hitting three people with a car and failing to show up for a court date.
