Oklahoma State basketball extended its Super Bowl Sunday dominance, staying unbeaten on football’s biggest day with a win against Arizona State at Gallagher-Iba.
In the 86-73 victory, it was the first matchup between the schools since Arizona State joined the Big 12. ASU was without leading scorer BJ Freeman (12.9 points per game) and Adam Miller (10.3 points per game), both of whom were suspended for "conduct detrimental" to the Sun Devils team, head coach Bobby Hurley said postgame.
Jamyron Keller, a sophomore guard for OSU, showed his potential against ASU. He finished with 14 points, including 11 in the first half, going 3-of-3 from 3-point range.
