When it mattered most, Oklahoma State men's basketball's senior class gave the fans a game to remember.
The Cowboys closed the regular season with a win against Cincinnati 78-67 in Gallagher-Iba Arena on Saturday. 70 of those points came from seniors.
Before the game, the Cowboys honored eight of their seniors on the team. Those honored were Marchleus Avery, Khalil Brantley, Brandon Newman, Patrick Suemnick, Abou Ousmane, Kirk Cole, Tyler Caron and Bryce Thompson. OSU coach Steve Lutz credits the seniors for sticking with him no matter the circumstances.
“For the seniors, I mean, they've invested a ton into this program from the day that I arrived on campus in April of last year,” Lutz said.
