STILLWATER — New Cowboys coach Brad Underwood talked about the whirlwind events that propelled him into the head coaching job at Oklahoma State.
And for the Cowboys players, it's been a whirlwind, too.
On Friday they lost their coach. By Monday they had a new one, resulting in a change of leadership and style and personality. For some, there's bound to be questions about how it will all play out, and perhaps even questions about their place in the program.
Underwood made clear his hope that all current players return. And Wednesday, one such Cowboy — guard Phil Forte — confirmed his return.
