Oklahoma State got the bats going on Tuesday night against Oral Roberts, but the pitching staff had a tough night at O’Brate Stadium as the Cowboys dropped a midweek contest 10-6 to drop to 15-15 on the season.
Tonight, the Cowboys used eight pitchers, including five freshmen. Stormy Rhodes, Brennan Phillips, Noah Wech, Jett Hope and Kash Ferris appeared in the game. The pitching staff gave up five doubles along with the 15 hits allowed and four errors by the Cowboys made the damage worse.
The junior southpaw Drew Blake made his first start of the season in his 16th appearance.
