STILLWATER — Oklahoma State is finally getting a chance to open O’Brate Stadium.
The Cowboys will host Little Rock in the first game in the new baseball stadium on Tuesday, Feb. 23, the university announced Monday.
No time for the first pitch has been set. OSU will announce ticket information at a later date.
OSU planned to open the stadium last March against TCU with former President George W. Bush set to throw the ceremonial first pitch. But the COVID-19 pandemic canceled the season.
O’Brate Stadium will host 33 games this spring, including nonconference games against powerhouse Vanderbilt (March 12-14), Illinois State, Missouri State, Grand Canyon, Central Arkansas, Oral Roberts and New Orleans.
