Oklahoma State baseball: Cowboys rout Michigan

ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Michael Freeman pitched another strong game, and he had plenty of offensive support as No. 13-ranked Oklahoma State routed Michigan 12-2 in a college baseball game before an estimated 500 fans at Ray Fisher Stadium.

Freeman (9-2) threw eight innings, allowing a run on five hits. He walked two and struck out eight to help the Cowboys improve to 33-16. The Wolverines (33-22) scored their only two runs in the eighth and ninth innings.
